Borax Crystals

 This week for our options I choose to do since on crystals and so yesterday we make Borax Crystals. I am in a group with Shirley, Haven, Lola, and Carmen. We had to get boiling water and borax and mix it in together and so the borax will dissolve. Before we had to have some string and a popsicle stick and a  pipe cleaner. We tied the string on the popsicle stick and tied the pipe cleaner to the string and then we designed the pipe cleaner so it was a spiral. Then we put the pipe cleaner in the cup with the melted borax and let it wait.

 For play make create we did a topic on our camp that we going on in two days. Tayla, Shirley, and I made a little scene on a campsite called Camp M.T.S for Marley, Shirley, and Tayla. I made a little tent and with sticks and wool. I really liked working with Tayla and Shirley because we collaborated really well. My favorite part of making the scene was the lake. I made the lake with a tooth past box and a plastic bag. I opened the box and flattened it and then stuck half the plastic bag and filled it up with water. I also put some beads and rock the made the water blue! Another favorite part of mine was the campfire because it was full of little rocks and we stapled some red and yellow cellophane together and put it in with the rocks.  This term art we did pop art Kiwiana theme pop art and I did the Four-square logo. It took time and patience to do this. I tried not to talk to the people around me but I think I did well. I really like what it came out looking like, I think my results are 7/10 because I kind of rushed it at the last minute and also I think I left some white spaces.

Roll A Story

 This week instead of doing our constellation doc we are doing our whoogle. Whoogle is our whetu google where we had all of this stuff on a slide and we have to do it. this week we had a Roll A Story for our can-dos. We had to get a dice and roll it and we had a lot of options I rolled a rabbit camp and got eaten by a snake. Here is my story...  “ Good night my lonely self” .
