Today I had a meeting with Mrs. Mac and we were working on divided by and then I got a math sheet that I wanted to do.  And this is what I got with my answers. 60 divided by 10 = 6,     40 divided by 10 = 4,   15 divided by 5 = 3,    50 divided by 10 = 5 , 65 divided by 5 = 19,      25 divided by 5 = 5,    45 divided by 5 =9,     10 divided by 5 = 2, 70 divided by 10 = 7,      55 divided by 5 = 6 ,   20 divided by 10 = 2,  35 divided by 5 = 7, 15 divided by 5 = 3,        24 divided by 3 = 8 ,    18 divided by 2 = 9,    40 divided by 10 = 4, 25 divided by 5 = 5,        16 divided by 2 = 8.

My Skink

So yesterday, I was wandering along the deck, and then my sister said: "don't move!"  I looked, as in 'what do you mean?'  Then she said "a skink" and I thought 'OMG how amazing to have a baby pet skink!' I picked it up and then lost it.  My mum picked my hair up, and the skink fell from my hair into my t-shirt.  I picked it up, then went into the house and got the old cinnamon container to put it in. Then I called Madeleine, and we were so happy that I found a skink.  We named the skink Merlin after Marley and Madeleine. I have already had a skink pet before, and I had an old fish tank as a home for it.  I think it makes a perfect home for a pet skink.

Whetu Workshops

  Whetū Workshops Reflection During Term 2 and 3 the Whetū students have had the opportunity to be involved in a range of different workshops. The workshop that I have enjoyed participating in the most has been rad rhythm and bean growing. I really enjoyed bean growing because I really like being in the garden and breathing fresh air.  and I really like rad rhythm because my dad is a music teacher and teaches me how to play and stuff.   The new learning that I have learned is how to make a pom pom and shape it into a bird and I have also learned how to grow a bean and not to overwater it and how to take care of plants and germination.     What I have most enjoyed about the workshops are learning and experimenting and working with new and different people that I don’t really know and work with.   I am interested in learning more about is aromatherapy because my mum inspired me to do this how she is always making stuff for us.
