The new learning activity that I have enjoyed the most this term is the Number of the day because I love to get stuck into learning and when I am doing a number of the day I am focused and learning. Something that has challenged me this term has been focusing on my learning because I always get distracted and talking and not getting much work done so I came up with a solution by sitting with different people. The Whetu Challenge I enjoyed the most was the Tennis ball tower because we won for the tallest tower. I liked it because I got to be creative and think outside of the box. The opt-in workshop I enjoyed the most was crossword puzzles because I like to think with a clue and its really fun to do so now whenever mum has a magazine, I always do the crossword. An aim I have for my learning is to focus so I can get more learning done

I planed to do Russell for a kiwi trip in NZ I really love my chose. I have already been there but I just want to go there again. I really love all my plans even though I've already done this. I chose to do this because I like the idea of going in the hole in the rock and maybe seeing some animals.

Today I made a google slide animation and I really enjoyed it. I made a whale scene and there is a calve/ baby whale trying to find his mum then another whale comes and passes so then he moves on and runs into a shark and the shark chases him away. At first, I thought that I should do a fish tank scene but then I could not think what to make for the fish tank scene so then miss mac came a said I need to get a move on and so I just did an ocean scene.  

This week for our Whetu Challenge we created something using egg cartons. I used straws and an egg carton. My creation didn't turn out to what I wanted to look like because I didn't have enough time to finish. If I had enough time I think it would have turned out how I wanted it to. I really like it even though I didn't finish. I tried to make a panda in a zoo. I really enjoyed doing this Friday challenge.    Can you Jolie in the background???

This week I did the math mystery with Shirley / Shirl girl  + Scarlett because I NEVER work with the ether of them. and I really enjoyed working with them both.  Here Is What We Came Out With  

I made my room how I wanted it to be and so I thought I should put a dog there because I really want a dog and I put up a poster of my favorite singer Benee on my wall.  There are two things that are in my room like all of my clothes on the floor and my wallpaper.  PS: Do you like my trophies if you cant see them look at the top of the shelf.

Whetu Challenge - Paper Planes Today our challenge was to design an accurate paper plane. We were given a draft piece of paper to trial and a good piece to use once we had tested the accuracy of it but I used my draft as my paper plan. Before we started I thought this challenge was going to be really easy but it was actually really hard. I decided to use the design of arrows and I used the words, Black Lives Matter to support what has been going on. The hardest part was making my paper plan look good with my name was not coloring During our competition time, I managed to score 10 but I skimmed the hangar.

Today I did my blog challenge. I found it a bit challenging because I didn't know what year 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 would like what so I just did balloons because who doesn't like balloons and I also put a cake on there.

My definitions are Mystified baffled and bemused. My synonyms are Puzzling, Mysterious, and  Confusing. 

So today I got up to rock star in tt rock stars and I am really proud of my self. T hese are the photos I took of my progress.

I did the sick sentence by myself. My nouns were  Snail, Strawberry, and Moss. My verbs are Red strawberry, Green moss, Green stalk, and orange snail.

This week I have been working on mindfulness coloring at home and I spent 10 days working on this I put a lot of time and effort into this. I was using little skinny pens to clolour this in. I am really happy with what it came out looking like. Every night I would hop in bed and start to colour.     

Today I did Anagrams and I was in a pear with Tayla and we got 10/10  WOW!!! I was so amazed went we marked our sheet. We got stuck a few times / a lot.  I really enjoyed it.

I had done all of my work and so one-day  Ms. Mac said to me that if I had nothing to do that I can do some reading task and so today I ran out of things to do and so I went to the other room and got number 2 power Bilder on limericks and so yesterday Mis. Mac said if these ones are to easy that we can go on to a harder one!! !      

It was a fine summer day mid-afternoon Amelia was grooming her horse, Field, she felt awfully hot “ sorry Field I’ve got to go it's almost dinner.” and Amelia left Field. Feild felt sad whenever Amelia left her for the night. Oh, well thought Field lest I can graze in the field in some peace and quiet. It was a nice rainy day when” I’ve got to get to work” Amelia’s mum said, “by seeing you after.” Amelia got coated up and went to feed Field. Feild was lying in the stable Amelia sat down next to Feild and gave Feild her horse feed. “ Hi girl what have you been up to hu”. Amelia picked up the brush and started to brush. “Hum hum hum” she hummed as the minutes past hours had past and Amelia slowly fell asleep. Amelia awoke she was still next to Field She was burning up inside and felt like she was going to faint. A week had past and she still felt so hot Amelia’s parents didn’t know about it yet but she got to the point where she just blurted it out her parents kne

I did the class B google drives license because I did the first one and then forgot about the other slid, and so when I finished all of my work I went on to whoogle and had a look. I started this at home last night. I struggled a bit but then A got a hang of it.     

I did the Maths Mystery by myself and I got stuck a few time but it did it over and over again and I think it is Seb. I did some of it at home but I did the rest at school.  

Today I had a meeting with Mrs. Mac and we were working on divided by and then I got a math sheet that I wanted to do.  And this is what I got with my answers. 60 divided by 10 = 6,     40 divided by 10 = 4,   15 divided by 5 = 3,    50 divided by 10 = 5 , 65 divided by 5 = 19,      25 divided by 5 = 5,    45 divided by 5 =9,     10 divided by 5 = 2, 70 divided by 10 = 7,      55 divided by 5 = 6 ,   20 divided by 10 = 2,  35 divided by 5 = 7, 15 divided by 5 = 3,        24 divided by 3 = 8 ,    18 divided by 2 = 9,    40 divided by 10 = 4, 25 divided by 5 = 5,        16 divided by 2 = 8.       

For my options, I chose to do crossword!!! I took a screenshot of the crossword I did. I did the crosswords with my friends Jessie and Madeleine.  At first, we did one on a piece of paper for a practice round. I really like doing crosswords now/ today was the first time doing one. I did not have to click the button that tells you the word but I did struggle a bit. 

I did the word of the week today and my definitions are Gleaming, Vivid, Light, and Bright. My synonyms are Sinning, Radiant, and Dazzling. My sentence is  I am luminous with excitement because we are getting a chicken coop tonight.

Because people think that the kakapo is a really ugly bird                 5. The name of the winner of the ugliest animal is called a blobfish. its called a blobfish because it looks like a blob and its a fish.     

I did the sick sentence by myself. My nouns are  Bee, Bird,  Eyes,  Mouth, and   Beek. My adjectives are Brown Smooth Piercing eyes.

Today for our Whetu Challenge we worked in a group to build a tower out of newspaper, 2 straws, and sellotape. We needed to make our tower strong enough to hold a tennis ball and be able to stand alone (not leaning on anything or needing support). Today I worked with Teana + Lily because I never work with them. At first, we had trouble getting the newspaper to stay in the place where we wanted it to. The easiest thing was probably rolling up the newspaper and sellotaping it together because all we did was roll it up and sellotape it together. The best part of our tower was as winning how tall it was because ours was 118 cm tall!!!!! Our tower looked I think it looked FUNKY because we tried to make Eiffel tower !!! In the end, we won for how tall it was a but it's a bit wonky like a wonky donkey.

I did the sick sentences and my  nouns are f ish, blue, and deep. My adjectives are Gracious, beautiful colored, unique, and different. I fixed all of the sentences to a longer and more detailed sentence.

Today Madeleine Carlee and I all planted a bean each and then did some research about Dwarf french beans together. We did 8 pages of what germination means and other stuff. Here is our research on what we did.

I did the word of the week and this is what I did. I found a picture of Grumpy the dwarf off Snow White. I think 3  synonyms are Grumpy bad-tempered  Difficult. My sentence was I am cantankerous because my sister was annoying me. My definitions are Cross, touchy and Crotchety.

My cat Pepper is a British blue. We got her from our untie because our unite moved to an apartment and could not keep her so we got to have her. Pepper, is an SPCA cat she got found on the side of the road, with no mum as a one-year-old kitten. She was found really really skinny because her mum had left her or died and pepper didn't know how to hunt so she didn't have any food to eat.     

  I did this with Lily because we don't usually work with each other in homeroom time.
